This originally started January 1st but I have only shopped retail other than Target which is considered a Super Store but they are apparently offering a 5 cent credit if you bring your own bag. I think this 5 cent bag operation is an excellent idea. I see bags all over DC streets because people like to litter so I just think everyone needs to start bringing their own re-usable bag. Just think in a few years this will help the world be a cleaner place. =)
