NIGHT AND DAY

On Monday night, I went to my friend's house to get some things for the fashion show on Saturday that currently took place and got some amazing feedback. Well anyway we went out to Marvin's since it always poppin on a Monday night, especially on a nice night. We got there so late and were only able to party for like an hour, but I still enjoyed myself.

The next morning I rushed to catch a bus to NY, only to miss it, sad face. I waited a whole hour for the next one and then I was off to the big apple for approximately 3 1/2 hours. I met up with my friend that is a designer in NY. I got to drop my dress off to get altered and we went to an Italian spot and I had the most amazing food. And next I met up with a friend that I went to A&T with and I hadn't seen him in 7 years. It was really fun catching up on life.

I got to check out one of the vintage stores from the book I had read called The Style Strategy by Nina Garcia, a must read.

After this, my time was pretty much over and I headed to the bus to meet someone pretty cool on the bus that is involved in music and looking to get into fashion.
