For All My BEER Lovers!

Neighborhood Restaurant Group (NRG) is hosting their 4th annual “OktoBEERfest” - a block party celebration on Saturday, October 9, from 12pm–5pm (rain date: Saturday, Oct. 16). NRG operates nine establishments in the DC area, including Buzz, ChurchKey, Evening Star Café and Rustico. This year’s Oktobeerfest is held at Rustico and will feature fall foods, such as grilled bratwurst, sauerkraut, and hand-made pretzels, prepared by each of NRG’s restaurants. There will be 30 different seasonal beers on draft. Buzz will concoct a few non-alcoholic drinks, including squeezed-to-order lemonades. General admission is free, you can purchase $1 tickets, which can be redeemed for food or drink. Most food and drink items will be between 3 & 8 tickets. The non-profit organization viaVélo will be running bike cabs to and from the Braddock Metro Station. Limited street parking is available.
