Now any true M.I.A. fans should know those lyrics.....I know I do. =) Well M.I.A. is back "with a vengeance", as they said in the Express Newspaper, to take over all over again. I happened to hear some of her old music at a surprise birthday party on Friday and I was definitely wondering when she was coming back out with another great album.
Her new album is called Maya which talks a lot about government conspiracies but you must already know that she is going to have all of this over some of THE dopest beats. I personally can't wait for this album to come out. I missed out on buying all of her other Cd's so this one I am definitely purchasing.
Not sure of the release date but I'm sure that won't be too hard to figure out.
There is a new track with her and Nicki Minaj called "Teqkilla". I think the song sounds ok (not horrible but not fantastic) after the first listen. However I'm excited to see what the video would be like if they make one.
