I definitely needed this. I have to admit I am addicted to checking my email, twitter, facebook and bank account whenever I can. It is a sad story and people are addicted to this life. I found a great post on how to set up your time to check certain things online but to also focus on your ideas for a certain goal you have. This post will definitely help me and I am going to try to stick to it especially since now I have deadlines for various things these days. Time is of the essence so use it wisely. =)
